Bok Bok

BOK BOK, una banda que emergió de las cenizas de The Teardrops, fue una creación conjunta de Stephen Garvey, conocido por su trabajo con Buzzcocks, y Karl Burns de The Fall, junto con el talentoso Dave Price. Entre 1978 y 1980, este trío dinámico dio vida a un proyecto musical que se destacaría en la escena indie. En el año de su formación, Bok Bok lanzó su single de 7 pulgadas, Come Back To Me, que no solo capturó la atención de los aficionados al indie, sino que también fue reconocido como el ‘single de la semana’ en Record Mirror, consolidando su lugar en la cultura pop de la época. Con “Misfit” como cara B del single, Bok Bok demostró ser una fuerza creativa, dejando una marca indeleble en el mundo de la música alternativa
