Joe Jackson

DAVID IAN "JOE" JACKSON, nacido el 11 de agosto de 1954 en Burton upon Trent, Reino Unido, es un destacado músico británico y figura clave de la new wave, género que compartió con artistas como Elvis Costello. Saltó a la fama con su álbum debut “Look Sharp!”, que incluía éxitos como “Is She Really Going Out With Him”. A lo largo de su carrera, ha explorado diversos géneros, desde el pop rock hasta el jazz, y ha lanzado más de 20 discos. Jackson es también un laureado compositor, habiendo ganado un Grammy en 2001 por su “Symphony No.1” en la categoría de mejor álbum de pop instrumental
