Oingo Boingo

OINGO BOINGO fue una banda de new wave formada en 1979 por el compositor Danny Elfman. Surgió de una compañía teatral de arte surrealista, The Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo, y era conocida por su música experimental y la energía de sus conciertos en vivo. A lo largo de 17 años, la banda experimentó varios cambios de género musical y de formación. Sus éxitos más conocidos incluyen “Only a Lad”, “Dead Man’s Party” y “Weird Science”. La banda se separó después de un concierto de despedida en Halloween de 1995.
