Sally Timms and The Drifting Cowgirls

SALLY TIMMS, nacida el 29 de noviembre de 1959 en Leeds, Inglaterra, es una cantante y compositora inglesa conocida por su trabajo con la banda de post-punk The Mekons, a la que se unió en 1985. Además de su carrera con The Mekons, Timms ha tenido éxito en solitario en los géneros de lo-fi electrónica y country alternativo, destacándose por su interpretación de la canción "Horses", versionada por Will Oldham1. Ha lanzado varios álbumes en solitario y ha colaborado con artistas como Marc Almond y Jon Langford. Actualmente, vive en el área de Chicago, donde trabaja como asistente legal
