Toni Basil

TONI BASIL, cuyo nombre real es Antonia Christina Basilotta, nació el 22 de septiembre de 1943 en Filadelfia, Pensilvania. Es una artista multifacética conocida principalmente como cantante, coreógrafa, bailarina, actriz y directora. Saltó a la fama con su éxito “Mickey” en 1981, que encabezó las listas en EE. UU., Canadá y Australia y se ubicó entre los diez primeros en varios otros países. Basil comenzó su carrera artística en la infancia y se destacó como coreógrafa y bailarina en programas de televisión y películas de los años 60. Además de su carrera musical, ha trabajado en la coreografía de videos musicales icónicos y ha colaborado con artistas como David Bowie
