Boogie Down Productions

BOOGIE DOWN PRODUCTIONS fue un grupo de hip hop estadounidense formado originalmente por KRS-One, D-Nice y DJ Scott La Rock, que fue asesinado en 1987. El grupo se caracterizó por su estilo musical consciente y político, que reflejaba la realidad social y cultural de los ghettos del Bronx, donde se originó el hip hop. El grupo fue pionero en la fusión del reggae y el hip hop, y tuvo una gran influencia en el desarrollo del rap alternativo y el gangsta rap
