Catherine Howe

CATHERINE HOWE es una cantautora inglesa nacida el 17 de mayo de 1950 en Halifax, Inglaterra. Ganadora del premio Ivor Novello, ha recibido aclamación crítica en numerosas revistas de música tanto en el Reino Unido como en Estados Unidos. Comenzó su carrera como actriz a finales de los años 60 y luego se ganó un seguimiento en la música folk. Su álbum debut “What A Beautiful Place” fue grabado en 1971 pero permaneció en gran parte desconocido hasta su reedición en 2007. Howe ha trabajado con figuras notables como Ennio Morricone y Piero Piccioni, y su segundo LP “Harry” recibió un premio Ivor Novello en 1975
