Central Line

CENTRAL LINE fue una banda de R&B y soul originaria de Londres, Inglaterra, activa entre 1978 y 1984. Formada por Steve Salvari, Camelle Hinds, Lipson Francis y Henry Defoe, la banda se destacó por su estilo Britfunk y boogie. Firmaron con Mercury Records en 1979 y lanzaron dos álbumes durante su carrera. Central Line tuvo éxito tanto en el Reino Unido como en los Estados Unidos, con sencillos como “Walking Into Sunshine” y “Nature Boy”. A lo largo de su trayectoria, la banda colaboró con artistas como Roy Ayers y Grover Washington Jr., y dejó una huella significativa en la escena musical de los años 803.
