Coati Mundi

COATI MUNDI, cuyo nombre real es Andy Hernández, nació el 3 de enero de 1950 en Spanish Harlem, Nueva York. Es un músico, productor discográfico y ocasional actor estadounidense conocido por su versatilidad como percusionista, especialmente en el vibráfono. Hernández se destacó en la escena musical como miembro de Dr. Buzzard’s Original Savannah Band y más tarde en Kid Creole and the Coconuts. Su carrera en solitario incluye éxitos como “Me No Pop I”, y ha trabajado en la producción de álbumes como el de Don Armando Second Avenue Rhumba Band. Además de su influencia musical, Coati Mundi ha dejado su huella en el cine, apareciendo en películas de Spike Lee y otros proyectos cinematográficos
