Cozy Powell

COZY POWELL, cuyo nombre real era Colin Trevor Flooks, nació el 29 de diciembre de 1947 en Cirencester, Inglaterra, y falleció el 5 de abril de 1998. Fue un baterista inglés de rock que dejó una huella imborrable en la música, conocido por su trabajo con bandas y artistas de renombre como The Jeff Beck Group, Rainbow, Michael Schenker Group, Gary Moore, Graham Bonnet, Brian May, Whitesnake, Emerson, Lake & Powell y Black Sabbath. Powell, que comenzó a tocar la batería en la orquesta de su escuela, se ganó la admiración de muchos por su poderoso estilo y técnica, y es considerado uno de los bateristas más influyentes de todos los tiempos. A lo largo de su carrera, apareció en al menos 66 álbumes y contribuyó en muchas otras grabaciones, dejando un legado que continúa inspirando a músicos de todo el mundo
