Dr. Hook

DR. HOOK, conocido inicialmente como Dr. Hook & The Medicine Show, fue una banda de rock estadounidense formada en Union City, Nueva Jersey. Se destacaron en la década de 1970 con éxitos como “Sylvia’s Mother”, “The Cover of ‘Rolling Stone’”, “A Little Bit More”, “Sharing the Night Together” y “When You’re in Love with a Beautiful Woman”. La banda, que se abrevió como Dr. Hook a partir de 1975, interpretó canciones escritas por el poeta Shel Silverstein y disfrutó de un éxito considerable tanto en Estados Unidos como en el ámbito internacional hasta su disolución en 1985
