Electro Hippies

ELECTRO HIPPIES fue una banda de grindcore/crust punk formada en Liverpool, Reino Unido en 1985. Aunque se mantuvieron underground durante su carrera, su música influyó en muchas bandas futuras de crust punk y hardcore punk. Conocidos por su ética D.I.Y. y letras que abordaban los derechos de los animales y el vegetarianismo, criticaron a corporaciones como McDonald’s en sus canciones. Jeff Walker, quien más tarde se uniría a Carcass, fue uno de sus miembros. La banda se disolvió en 1989, dejando un legado significativo en la escena punk
