Eric B. & Rakim

ERIC B. & RAKIM fue un dúo de hip hop formado en Long Island, Nueva York, en 1986, compuesto por el DJ Eric B. (nacido Eric Barrier) y el rapero Rakim (nacido William Michael Griffin Jr.). El dúo es considerado como uno de los más influyentes e innovadores de la historia del hip hop, tanto por la producción musical de Eric B., basada en el uso de samples y scratches, como por el estilo lírico de Rakim, que introdujo nuevas técnicas de rima y flujo. El dúo se separó en 1993, tras editar cuatro álbumes de estudio
