EVERYTHING BUT THE GIRL, dúo inglés formado en 1982 por Tracey Thorn y Ben Watt, se destacó por su estilo que fusionaba sophisti-pop, jazz pop, y downtempo. Conocidos por su privacidad personal y su relación de pareja, alcanzaron éxito internacional con su álbum Amplified Heart en 1994, especialmente con los singles “Missing” y “Wrong”. A lo largo de su carrera, recibieron múltiples discos de oro y platino, y se mantuvieron activos hasta el año 2000, regresando brevemente en 2022
