Fra Lippo Lippi

FRA LIPPO LIPPI fue una banda noruega de pop-rock formada en 1980 por Rune Kristoffersen y Morten Sjøberg. Su nombre está inspirado en el poema de Robert Browning sobre el pintor renacentista Filippo Lippi. Su estilo musical evolucionó desde el post-punk y el gótico hasta el pop-rock melódico, influenciado por Masaccio, Donatello y los artistas flamencos. Su mayor éxito fue el single Angel, lanzado en 1987, que se convirtió en un clásico en Filipinas. La banda se disolvió en 1992, tras haber publicado seis álbumes de estudio y varios singles
