Freddy Mercury

FREDDIE MERCURY, cuyo nombre real era Farrokh Bulsara, nació el 5 de septiembre de 1946 en Zanzíbar y falleció el 24 de noviembre de 1991 en Londres. Fue un cantante, compositor y músico británico, mundialmente conocido como el líder de la banda de rock Queen. Con una voz poderosa y un estilo de actuación extravagante, Mercury escribió muchos de los éxitos de Queen, incluyendo “Bohemian Rhapsody”, “Somebody to Love” y “We Are the Champions”. Además de su trabajo con Queen, lanzó una carrera en solitario y colaboró con la soprano Montserrat Caballé. Mercury es recordado como uno de los artistas más carismáticos y dinámicos en la historia del rock, y su legado continúa inspirando a músicos y fanáticos por todo el mundo
