Gentle Giant

GENTLE GIANT fue una banda británica de rock progresivo formada en 1970 por los hermanos Derek, Ray y Phil Shulman. Conocidos por su complejidad musical y sus innovadoras composiciones, combinaron elementos de rock, jazz, música clásica y experimental. A lo largo de su carrera, lanzaron 12 álbumes de estudio, destacándose por su virtuosismo y sus desafiantes estructuras rítmicas y armónicas. Aunque nunca alcanzaron un gran éxito comercial, su influencia en el género progresivo es incuestionable. La banda se disolvió en 1980 tras el lanzamiento de Civilian, dejando un legado duradero en la música progresiva
