George Harrison

GEORGE HARRISON, nacido el 25 de febrero de 1943 en Liverpool, fue un destacado músico multiinstrumentista, compositor y cantante británico, conocido principalmente por ser el guitarrista solista de la icónica banda de rock The Beatles. Aportó a la banda con composiciones memorables como “Something” y “Here Comes the Sun”. Tras la disolución de The Beatles, Harrison tuvo una exitosa carrera en solitario, destacando con su álbum triple “All Things Must Pass” y el hit “My Sweet Lord”. Además, fue un pionero en popularizar la música y la cultura india en Occidente, colaborando con Ravi Shankar y organizando el Concert for Bangladesh. Harrison falleció el 29 de noviembre de 2001, dejando un legado musical y cultural de gran influencia
