Indigo Girls

INDIGO GIRLS es un dúo de folk-rock estadounidense formado por Amy Ray y Emily Saliers, que se conocieron en la escuela y empezaron a tocar juntas en el instituto. Desde su debut en 1987 con el álbum Strange Fire, han publicado más de una docena de álbumes, ganado un premio Grammy, colaborado con artistas como Joan Báez, Michael Stipe y Brandi Carlile, y participado en causas sociales y ambientales. Ambas se identifican como lesbianas y son consideradas iconos queer
