Marc And Mambas

MARC AND THE MAMBAS fue un grupo de new wave formado por Marc Almond en 1982 como un proyecto paralelo a Soft Cell. La alineación de la banda cambió con frecuencia, incluyendo a Matt Johnson de The The y Annie Hogan, con quien Almond trabajó más tarde en su carrera en solitario. Marc and the Mambas se destacó por continuar los temas oscuros explorados dentro de Soft Cell, pero musicalmente utilizando diferentes instrumentos y ritmos más complejos
