Maximum Joy

MAXIMUM JOY es una banda inglesa de post-punk formada en Bristol en 1979 por la vocalista Janine Rainforth y el saxofonista Tony Wrafter. La banda, que también incluye a John Waddington en la guitarra, Kevin Evans en el bajo y Charlie Llewellin en la batería, es conocida por su fusión única de géneros como el post-punk, funk y dub. A pesar de su corta existencia inicial, que duró hasta 1983, Maximum Joy dejó una marca indeleble en la escena musical con su álbum Station M.X.J.Y.. La banda se reunió en 2015, demostrando la influencia duradera de su música
