Meco

MECO MONARDO, conocido profesionalmente como Meco, nació el 29 de noviembre de 1939 en Johnsonburg, Pensilvania, y falleció el 25 de mayo de 2023. Fue un músico y productor discográfico estadounidense famoso por su versión disco del tema de Star Wars. Meco comenzó su educación musical con el trombón, influenciado por su padre, y continuó su formación en la Escuela de Música Eastman. Se destacó como músico de sesión y arreglista antes de alcanzar la fama con su álbum Star Wars and Other Galactic Funk, que fue certificado como disco de platino en los EE. UU
