Midge Ure

MIDGE URE es un músico, cantante y compositor escocés que ha tenido una carrera exitosa tanto en solitario como en varias bandas notables. Es mejor conocido como el líder de la banda de new wave “Ultravox”, que tuvo varios éxitos en el Reino Unido en la década de 1980, incluyendo “Vienna” y “Dancing With Tears in My Eyes”. Además de su trabajo con “Ultravox”, Ure también co-escribió y produjo el sencillo benéfico “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” para “Band Aid” en 1984. A lo largo de su carrera, ha sido elogiado por su habilidad para crear música pop melódica y emotiva.
