Patti Austin

PATTI AUSTIN es una cantante estadounidense de R&B, pop y jazz, nacida en Harlem en 1950. Apadrinada por Dinah Washington y Sammy Davis Jr., comenzó su carrera profesional a los cuatro años y ha colaborado con artistas como Quincy Jones, Michael Jackson, George Benson o James Ingram. Entre sus éxitos se encuentran los duetos "Baby, Come to Me" y "How Do You Keep the Music Playing", y los álbumes "Every Home Should Have One", "The Real Me" y "For Ella". Ha ganado un Grammy y varios premios más, y es una activista social y una defensora de la educación musical
