Ruddy Thomas & Welton Irie

RUDDY THOMAS (12 de julio de 1951 - 10 de junio de 2006) fue un cantante, músico e ingeniero de grabación de reggae jamaicano, conocido por sus canciones de lovers rock en la década de 1970 y principios de los 80. WELTON IRIE (nacido Welton Dobson en 1961), también jamaicano, es un deejay de reggae conocido por su trabajo en la misma época. Ambos artistas contribuyeron significativamente al género, con Thomas trabajando para productores como Joe Gibbs y Irie actuando en sistemas de sonido como Sir John the President y Gemini
