Sigue Sigue Sputnik

SIGUE SIGUE SPUTNIK es una banda británica de rock alternativo que se formó en 1982. Son conocidos por su estilo futurista y su mezcla única de música electrónica y punk rock. La banda ganó notoriedad en la década de 1980 con su álbum debut “Flaunt It”, que incluía el exitoso sencillo “Love Missile F1-11”. A pesar de las críticas mixtas, “Sigue Sigue Sputnik” ha mantenido un seguimiento de culto y continúa influyendo en la música alternativa hasta el día de hoy. Su nombre, que significa “Sigue Sigue Satélite”, es un juego de palabras con el nombre del primer satélite artificial, el Sputnik.
