Tears For Fears

TEARS FOR FEARS, la emblemática banda de pop rock formada en Inglaterra en 1981 por Roland Orzabal y Curt Smith, emergió de sus raíces en un conjunto llamado “Graduate”. Tras cambiar su nombre a “History of Headaches” y finalmente a Tears For Fears, lanzaron su álbum debut “The Hurting” que se ubicó en el Top 40 en varios países. Con el éxito de su segundo LP “Songs from the Big Chair”, alcanzaron el segundo puesto de ventas y la primera posición durante cinco semanas, seguido de una gira mundial. A pesar de las diferencias creativas que llevaron a la disolución del grupo, Orzabal mantuvo viva la banda y continuó editando álbumes, reflejando su herencia española y consolidando a Tears For Fears como una de las bandas más influyentes de su era
