The Blue Nile

THE BLUE NILE fue un grupo escocés de pop sofisticado y elegante, formado en Glasgow en 1981 por Paul Buchanan, Robert Bell y Paul Joseph Moore. Su música se basaba en sintetizadores, instrumentación electrónica y percusión, aunque también incorporaba guitarras en sus trabajos posteriores. El grupo solo publicó cuatro álbumes en toda su carrera, todos ellos aclamados por la crítica y el público, pero también se caracterizó por su perfeccionismo, su discreción y su lentitud a la hora de componer y grabar
