THE DTI, también conocido como Paul Hardcastle, es un compositor, músico, productor, escritor de canciones, presentador de radio y multiinstrumentista británico. Es reconocido principalmente por su canción “19”, que alcanzó el número 1 en la lista de sencillos del Reino Unido en 1985. Sus sencillos tempranos, como la pista instrumental de electro-funk/freestyle “Rain Forest”, también contribuyeron a su reconocimiento
