The Edge

David Howell Evans, conocido artísticamente como THE EDGE, nació el 8 de agosto de 1961 en Barking, Essex, Inglaterra. Es el guitarrista principal, tecladista y vocalista de apoyo de la banda de rock U2. Conocido por su estilo de guitarra distintivo que utiliza efectos de delay y texturas atmosféricas, The Edge ha sido una parte integral del sonido único de U2 desde su formación en 1976. A lo largo de su carrera, ha experimentado con diversos géneros musicales y ha colaborado en numerosos proyectos fuera de U2. Además de su trabajo musical, The Edge es conocido por su activismo en causas humanitarias y filantrópicas
