The House Of Love

THE HOUSE OF LOVE es una banda británica de rock alternativo formada en Londres en 1986. La banda fue fundada por el cantante Guy Chadwick y el guitarrista Terry Bickers, y es conocida por su sonido melódico y atmosférico y sus letras introspectivas. Aunque no lograron un gran éxito comercial, The House of Love lanzó varios álbumes que fueron bien recibidos por la crítica, incluyendo su álbum homónimo de 1988, que contiene su sencillo más conocido, “Shine On”. A pesar de las tensiones internas que llevaron a la salida de Bickers en 1989, la banda continuó grabando y actuando con varios miembros hasta su disolución en 1993. Sin embargo, Chadwick y Bickers se reunieron en 2003 y The House of Love ha estado activa desde entonces, lanzando nuevos álbumes y realizando giras.
