The Lilac Time

THE LILAC TIME es una banda británica de folk-rock alternativo, formada en 1986 en Herefordshire, Inglaterra, por Stephen Duffy, su hermano Nick Duffy y su amigo Michael Weston. El nombre de la banda se tomó de una línea de la canción River Man de Nick Drake. La banda ha pasado por varios cambios de formación, con los hermanos Duffy como pilares. La actividad de la banda se ha entrelazado con la carrera en solitario y de compositor de Stephen Duffy. La banda ha publicado diez álbumes de estudio, el último en 2019
