The Mission

THE MISSION es una banda británica de rock gótico formada en 1986 por los exmiembros de The Sisters of Mercy, Wayne Hussey y Craig Adams. La banda alcanzó gran éxito en los años 80 y 90 con álbumes como God’s Own Medicine, Children y Carved in Sand, y con singles como Wasteland, Tower of Strength y Butterfly on a Wheel. La banda se separó en 1996, pero se reunió varias veces con diferentes formaciones. Actualmente, la banda está integrada por Hussey, Adams, Simon Hinkler y Mike Kelly
