Ultravox

ULTRAVOX es una banda británica de new wave que se formó en 1976, conocida por su evolución estilística desde el glam rock y proto-punk hasta el synth pop y new romantic. La banda tuvo tres etapas distintas marcadas por cambios en el liderazgo y el género musical, con John Foxx como líder inicial, seguido por Midge Ure, bajo cuyo liderazgo alcanzaron éxitos significativos como la canción “Vienna”. Después de una breve separación, Billy Currie reformó la banda en 1992, aunque sin el éxito anterior, y finalmente se disolvió en 1996Ultravox dejó una marca influyente en la música electrónica y se reunió brevemente en la década de 2000 para giras y un último álbum
