Working Week

WORKING WEEK fue una banda británica de jazz-dance formada en 1983. Compuesta por el guitarrista Simon Booth y el saxofonista Larry Stabbins, la banda es conocida por su fusión de jazz y soul con elementos de pop y dance. Su música a menudo incorporaba voces de cantantes de soul y jazz, y sus letras abordaban temas políticos y sociales. Aunque nunca alcanzaron un gran éxito comercial, Working Week es recordada por su innovador enfoque del jazz-dance y su compromiso con la justicia social. Algunos de sus éxitos más notables incluyen “Venceremos (We Will Win)” y “Inner City Blues”.
